Maison du lac is a lakeside house accommodation in the Dordogne department of the Aquitaine region it is near to Sarlat, Rocamadour and also the vineyards of the Lot valley.

The area is easy to reach by air, road and rail.  Flights from many British airports come to Bergerac (1 hour away), Bordeaux (3 hours), Limoges (90 minutes), Rodez (2 hours) and Toulouse (2 hours).  Several budget airlines provide a regular service as well as the larger operators.  Car hire is available from all airports. By road the A20 from the north is easily accessible, we are approximately 20 miles from exit 55. All of the channel ferry ports are within 7-10 hours, the cost of the tolls (as of 09/2007) is less than 20 euros.
